BIOGRO 2 (250,000 L) nitrifying pond bacteria for improved water quality
BIOGRO 2 supports the nitrification process in the pond. This product forms the second step of the BIOGRO 123 system, supporting three key biological processes in the pond: biological balance, nitrification and sludge breakdown.
During nitrification, bacteria convert nitrogen compounds in the pond water. This process plays an important role in the biological functioning of the pond and contributes to a stable ecosystem.
BIOGRO 2 can be used as part of the BIOGRO 123 system, but can also be applied separately when additional support for the nitrification process is required.
The product is especially recommended:
• in spring, when biological activity in the pond starts up again
• after changes in the pond, such as cleaning filters, adding fish or refreshing water
• when additional support for nitrification is required
The contents of this bottle are suitable for ponds up to 250,000 litres of pond water.
BIOGRO 2 can be applied simultaneously with BIOGRO 1 and BIOGRO 3 as part of the BIOGRO 123 system.
Overdosing is not possible in practice. A higher concentration of bacteria in a smaller water volume will simply result in faster biological processes.
